NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance
We are modeling a classroom building. The building is 55% renovated, and 45% new construction. We are renovating the major HVAC systems, exterior envelope, and building interior. Would this building be rated against the energy saved in the 'new construction' column, or the 'renovation' column.
