Are the requirements for Energy Star office equipment,electronics and appliances only for those which are newly purchased? if they were existing from before or brought over from the tenant's old office, does this mean at they do not count? It is only for newly purchased products? The project is a remodeled dental building. Some of their equipment came from the previous office space in a building which the the two dentists rented. They own the project building now and are the only two tenants.
