How to start up an existing precertification?

I have inherited two precertified projects and am frankly confused as to how to go about certifying them now. Do I have to register again, or is the existing registered pre-certification what I use going forward? One of the two projects never finished pre-certification; do I have to finish that before I can proceed to regular certification? Any insight would be much appreciated.

Sara, It depends on where you project is in the construction process. Is there still benefit to precertifying? If so, continue on in the precertification process. If not, then you will probably want to change your path. Go into the Timeline Tab in you project in LEED Online. There you can change your submittal path to be precert & split, precert & combined, just split, or just combined. Good luck. See the info about fees in this forum.

Hi, regarding this question, just please let me know if I understand right: If I register my project for C&S split certification, but later the Client decides to go for a precertification as well, then there will be an option to change timeline and pursure precert+split review as well? thx
