Our project in California is pursuing SSc4.3 by providing charging stations. But Calgreen (the California green building code) does not have provisions for charging stations, only the requirement for preferred parking for 8% of the total parking count. Has anyone have experience with counting the car-charging stations as part of the Calgreen-required 8% preferred parking for "Clean Air Vehicles"? Thanks.
