Cost info on LEED EBOM

We are pricing a 1985 200,000 sq ft K-12 school for LEED EBOM. BAS and MEP systems need minor improvements for LEED Certified and major improvements for LEED Gold. We could use cost estimating data based on $/sq ft info and cost increase data between each level of LEED. We can then use a multiplier based on conditions of the systems and degree of savings to be considered to develop a SWAG value for budgeting prior to final pricing.
