We are working on a transportation hub next to a stadium. The project won't have any full time employes on site. However it will provide a bathroom for bus drivers and security personnel who will use it throughout the day . Also we are projecting a transient occupancy at peak period of 100. Base upon this frequency of users we are estimating 2 FTE and 100 transient for a total of 6 bike racks. Because the bus drivers don't start their routes at the hub and the restroom is not open to the public; nobody will use the shower facilities. Will LEED allow us to omit the shower in this situation?

L Ch,I think it is unlikely GBCI will allow you to omit the shower. Usually if you cannot meet the requirments of this credit the review team will tell you that not all credits are applicable to every project. You could submit a formal query to GBCI, but I think it's a long shot.
