Dear All, We are using the Master Site approach for a development with two buildings to be LEED CS certified. We are at the precertification stage. We have prepared all the applications and submitted for review. However, in the application for the Master Site, LEED Online does not allow us to submit for review stating the error that "minimum 40 points need to be gathered before submitting." How can this be solved?

Hi Omer, Thanks for bringing this issue to everyone's attention. LEED Online v3 does not yet properly accommodate LEED-CS Master Site projects submitting Campus Credits for Precertification review using the AGMBC (https://www.usgbc.org/ShowFile.aspx?DocumentID=10486). However, LEED-CS projects ARE are allowed to apply the AGMBC to their Precertification review application. Until Precertification review functionality is upgraded, as noted on the GBCI website's Fees page (http://www.gbci.org/main-nav/building-certification/fees/info.aspx#precert), project teams need to contact us (http://www.gbci.org/org-nav/contact.aspx) when they are ready to submit LEED-CS projects for Precertification using the AGMBC.
