Pilot-Credits PC1: Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) of Building Assemblies and Materials

Foundation and Footings

Can anyone tell me why Foundation and Footings are eliminated from the LEED LCA Claculator? We have to input this information in the Athena EcoCalculator, but not in the LEED LCA Calculator?
