Exterior Lighting - LPD

We have a retail banking project. the building is 2 stories high + a roof top and was renovated. We installed a roof garden on it. we also install light fixture surrounding the roof garden. besides that, the building also has an over hang or canopy with installed new lighting fixtures. all the lighting fixture was connected with our project space control timer and the electricity consume for these lighting is pay by our project tenant. do we need to include the exterior lighting into out LPD calculation?
