for this pilot credit, the process items just need to meet a minimum performance requirement, rather than show a design case reduction from baseline. The performance requirements for ENERGY STAR can be found here: http://www.energystar.gov/index.cfm?c=dishwash.pr_crit_dishwashers (residential dishwashers) and here: http://www.energystar.gov/index.cfm?c=clotheswash.pr_crit_clothes_washers (commercial clothes washers)
