EAp2-Natural Ventilation v/s No HVAC

I am trying to determine if a project of an Industry ( "New Construction") without HVAC system get some special credit or if it is possible to obtain the 10% improvement between Baseline and Proposed Model in some other way than by the Option 1 Whole Building Energy Simulation. Industrial facilities typically have meet the prerequesite following Option 1. In order to attain 10% savings these facilities will typically have to demonstrate energy savings from their process. This has been accomplished by many projects. The natural ventilation piece is also possible to attain using Option 1 but requires some additional analysis and explanation. The two together would make for a difficult simulation but it is possible.

Thanks for the reply. The issue raised because there is only a significative improvement in Lighting (baseline v/s proposed) but is not enough to get the 10% improvement. Do you think Option 2 or 3 can they be actually options in this case?

Neither one applies to an industrial facility.
