I am documenting all the rooms in the building using the prescriptive method and I've checked the box that says 'the project has incorporated appropriate glare control devices...' in the credit form. But where in the spreadsheet that allows you to describe what the strategy is? And how do you show it graphically if all the rooms are simply using typical venetian blinds? Do I show interior elevations of each room type with the blinds? Any advice is much appreciated!

You can add additional spreadsheet if it is necessary. Typically, your contract document (drawing and specs) should have the information somewhere. Otherwise, the contractors do not know whether they need to include the blinds when they build the building.
