We are struggling with some definitions from Table 9.4.5 of 90.1-2007. If our building has exterior landscaping, is that covered by any of the area types under Tradable Surfaces (for example Plaza Areas)? Also, should all of the area be taken as the reference for calculating the baseline power? If for example only a portion of a continous landscaped areas is lighted in the actual design, does this provide us with allownace for the whole of the area in the baseline model? Thank you,

I think you are correct, it is tradable. You can only count the area that is lit, not the whole area.
