On-Street Parking

Can projects use on-street parking that has time limitations (e.g. Parking is prohibited from 8am-6pm on Weekdays)? Since parking is technically allowed, just not at all times, can this still count towards the credit?

Hi Carly, Yes, on-street parking that has some time limitations can still count towards the credit. The intention of this requirement is to encourage this type of parking the buffers pedestrians from auto traffic. The space that remains even during that prohibition helps to accomplish that goal.
