Hi Christian,
To achieve the Green Power LEED credits, you can opt to purchase the total kWh needed for 100% over 2 years upfront. For instance, if you have a 100,000 ft2 project that would like to pursue the Green Power LEED credit and ID credit, 100,000 ft2 x 16 kWh/ft2 x 2 years, a total of 3,200,000 would be needed. You could sign a single contract to purchase the bulk amount needed upfront.
We have worked with nearly 2,000 LEED projects to achieve the Green Power LEED credit, and I'd be happy to help you out if interested!

Thanks- I hope this helped.

Would this also be possible for a project in the Czech Republic?
As long as the project is registered with the USGBC, the same rules apply. We have provided green power to several international projects, so please let me know if I can help.
Thanks!
Can you help for the project in India which is registered with IGBC (Indian Green Building Council)?
If the owner issue the purchase order to buy the green power for 2 years in stead of signing the contract with the Green Power provider, is it acceptable? We will upload the purchase order and the Green-e certs to LEED online. Thanks.
As long as the PO clearly indicates the supplier and they are Green-e suppliers that should work.
