That's correct Dana - Assuming that the 30% of occupants who responded reflected a 95% alternative commute rate, that would put you over the threshold for 2 points, which is documenting that 25% of the commute trips were by non-CSOV means. It's a quirky methodology in some ways, but you've got it right.
