CS-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Hi Dear,
I am trying to use the target finder for a project in UAE, but it does not allow for any international location. Can I leave it blank?

You should pick a US location in the same climate zone. Table B-3 in 90.1 lists International Climate Zones. UAE would be Climate Zone 1. US locations in Climate Zone 1 include Miami FL, and Hawaii.
