Where are RPs in LEED Online?

They are indicated on the Scorecard on LEED Online. The Scorecard, however, does not indiate threshold requirements. Google "LEED v3 Regional Priority Credits." for the zipcode list. If there is discrepancy - as was the case on my recent project - call USGBC for clarification.
