Ouch - metric measures make my head hurt. And commas instead of decimal points. Hold on - I need my reading glasses. OK... Q1 - If the VAV minimum is higher than the airflow needed to meet the load, then the VAV minimum takes precedence. So use 2.15, rather than 1.3. Q2 - The baseline should use 11 deg C regardless of the delta T used in the proposed. OK?
