A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

For a CS project, if a future tenant space is designed to be a restaurant, it should be modeled as a restaurant.

Yes, this would be no differnt than a shelled office space in which you include all energy use even it it has not yet been designed.
