Energy star and TCO, or equivalent

Julian, As has been mentioned on another comment on this credit, the EA TAG is currently examining what's equivalent to EnergySTAR in other countries, but has yet to provide a ruling. If I were a reviewer, my thought would be that TCO would be better than an un-substantiated claim by the project team and would award credit accordingly. That may vary from reviewer to reviewer, but when the EA TAG makes a ruling, we'll have a basis to go off of. For now, I'd submit with TCO and a detailed narrative saying why you did so and hope for the best. Paul
