Process Load -Can I call my computer room units a process load?

I don't think you can necessarily call it a process load, but you may be able to make the case that the type of unit being used is not covered by ASHRAE, and therefore your baseline should have a lower EER. Are you sure you are comparing at the same operating conditions? I don't understand why the "Liebert" unit performs so poorly, and if it does, why you feel compelled to use it.
