We’ve not had experience with this yet... I think you have the right idea about submitting a CIR. Hopefully the CIR will then get the ball rolling for an errata. Let us know how it goes. Shannon

In the past I have had success in using the Form 1391, which is required for congressional approval of the project, as a way to establish "zoning requirements" since the military does not generally follow local zoning.  The 1391 should show the parking allocation for the project, which cannot be exceeded.  The always seems to work for me.
