vegetable garden
compost bin
daylight and occupancy sensors
comprehensive recycling program
onsite renewable energy
exposed ductwork
onsite wastewater treatment
bioswales and other natural stormwater management
graywater reuse
rainwater capture
locally manufactured, recycled, or salvaged content materials.
