Don’t confuse “recycled content material” with “material reuse”; the two terms have very different meanings:

Recycled Content is material containing recycled content as a result of the industrial process of making the product—for example, a chair with plastics made of soda bottles recovered from the waste stream. 
Materials Reuse is the reuse or repurposing of material from a previous place or role—for example, buying antique pews salvaged from an old church.
