The WEc2 calculations are based on the annual generation of blackwater, or sewage, from flush fixtures as documented in WEp1. Note that the scope is not the same as WEp1, which includes both flush and flow fixtures.

The credit language says the Option 2 involves a reduction in wastewater. Does that mean that all water, including process water, should be included?
