  2. Submit the feedback survey using the link on the USGBC.org credit page; supply PDF of your survey/confirmation of completion with credit documentation

Credit Specific

  • Provide WaterSense Specification for Single-Family New Homes certificate.
  • For multi-family, provide detailed calculations of the worst case in-unit hot water delivery system & information on how the Outdoor Water-Efficiency Criteria were met
