Credit Submittals
General
- Register for Pilot Credit(s) LEEDuser.com, and participate in online forum
- Submit the feedback survey using the link on the USGBC.org credit page; supply PDF of your survey/confirmation of completion with credit documentation
Credit Specific
Provide the following:
- Water flow diagram indicating all sources and uses of water, expected flow rates and proposed meter locations
- Floor plans showing locations of meters and sub-meters
- Product data (shop drawings) indicating meter has capabilities of meeting pre-requisite requirements.
- Commissioning agent, Design Professional or Meter manufacturer’s statement that meter has been correctly installed and calibrated.
- Basic calculations showing project's annual water use for the features called out in the prerequisite.
