There are a few possible solutions out there to solve this problem:

Use dumpster containers with the technology to automatically track how full the container is and signal to be picked up only when fullHave somebody from building management regularly inspect the containers prior to pickup to determine the fullness of the containers—some project teams have even painted lines inside the dumpster to easily determine if the containers are 25%, 50%, or 75% full. Although not an ideal system, it will get the job done.See if the hauler will agree to only pick up if the containers are at least 75% full.

Question
The project building has a waste/recycling hauler that picks up containers for the building several times a week. However, at the time of pick up the building management does not know how full the containers are. The waste hauler is not willing to track this information. How should the project building track the weight or volume of the waste and recycling that is being generated and collected by the hauler?
