I think it would be good to show a sample submittal with a plan view of the site. Most people seem to think this credit is easy since the calculations they've seen were done wrong.

If you've got full cutoff fixtures you are usually set. However, if you have a situation like we had earlier, with some angled spotlights, you've got a problem.
