Are clay roof tiles (made in US) acceptable under MRc6? What about lime based plaster (made in US)? Thanks!

We have a project that will meet SS2 once pedestrian access is available. Do you know if it is adequate to show the sidewalk is in the county's budget?

I am pursuing this credit under option 2. My client has bought a 9 story building and the project in question is for 2 partial floors and three full floors.

We have registered for this Pilot credit, but I don't understand the credit language. We have Level 3 BIFMA certified product (Knoll furniture) which is worth about 12% of the total product cost.

We are looking at an energy model report for a Residential tower. The project was initially achieving 12% savings.
