In Germany the (property) owner has to arrange inquiries regarding the soil pollution and burden by weapons, explosive ordnance and combat equipment (military hazardous waste).

Is it allowed to install additional door arrest systems or free-swinging closers to the self-closing doors, so that in case the occupant is able to keep the door open for a short period?

There are secral tools that can be used for LCA but it appears that some tools are more detailed than others. In europe the calculation methods seems to go into great detail.

Projects in Europe may use the values defined by EU standards?

Does anyone have any idea what these standards are or where they can be found? The European water label gives its highest rating (Green) to WC taps with a flow of 6 liter/minute or less.

Outdoor Airflow Measurement Device in AHUs

There are a few AHUs in the project for which I work. One AHU supplies less than 20% of the non-densely-occupied rooms with its air volume flow, but still has outdoor airflow measurement devices.
