Does anybody know what's LEED position about laboratories benchmarking using this tool? I'm working on a lab certification project (EBOM) and since our lab ratio is more than 10% of our gross area,

A portion of our new building will be dedicated to maintenance of large vehicles (large trucks, earth movers, etc) and is priimarily industrial in nature.

Carpeting Seam Cleaners

I'm familiar with seam sealers that can comply with IEQ c4.1 but I have a submittal for a "seam cleaner" where the VOC content is far beyond anything SCAQMD references.

Cleaning Product Question

The cleaning product being used is readily biodegradable and met credits towards LEED EBOM 2008. But we're going for certification under LEED EBOM 2009? Does the product still qualify?
