Hi All When you register the project, does that mean that the time clock of performance period already starts ticking?

I would like to understand how to approach this prerequisite for projects in India and other similar countries where EPA guidelines will not be applicable.

Does water as a part e.g.

do we need to pay an appealing fee for RP credit or it will be automatically awarded once the associated credit are awarded. e.g.

I am about to appeal for my project. if some of the credits are denied again, can we try to correct the report or modify the building to comply with the requirment and appeal again?

It is correct that sound reinforcement systems are only required fro conference rooms or auditoriums for more then 50 people? Are masking systems optional in order to comply or mandatory?

Are there alternative compliance paths for universities? Students walk further on average to get to classes than the typical person.
