I work for a waste hauler and am trying to figure out if there is any certification that we need in order to help LEED builders.

Regarding Energy Simulation

Data-Centers-NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

One of our data center projects has an electrical room. This electrical room didn't have regular occupants.  In this case, do we need to provide fresh air for that space?

School buses

Schools-NC-v4 LTc5:Access to quality transit

LEED v.3 specifically stated that school buses counted toward this credit. They've taken that language out for v.4. And interestingly, the bus route only counts in one direction.
