We are currently working on a park Shelter in a public park In the united states. The shelter is open for bookings to the public for fixed periods at a time.

I am working on a project that, through a series of contract issues during construction, does not have commissioning documents for the PV array.

I don't see explicit clarity on the question of LEED v4 vs v4.1.   Can anyone confirm that LEED v4 is still legitimate to register a project under?

For HVAC Background Noise, do all spaces have to use the same Sound Rating Method (NC/RC, dBA,
dBC, RC(N)), or can these vary by individual space or by space type?

For the prerequisite, can we obtain it, if we only achieve improvements on one of our indicators (Cost or GHG emissions)? e.g. -9.4% for Cost and +14.4% for GHG Emissions

Has anyone been able to tackle the third option for this credit, which is not shown in the BPDO calculator?
