Where a mixed-used building as a mix of residential and non-residential and both residential and non-residential building entrances. Do both residential and non-residential entrances count?

This credit item indicates that it is building facades must be within "within 1 foot (300 millimeters) of a sidewalk or equivalent walking route." But then in Step by Step guidance it indicates - "

There are some options under this credit (i.e., Option N and O) that only seem applicable to those projects with internal streets.

Hello, I have a question about how sidewalk is defined. We have a sidewalk along the street edge of a park, and the park has a playground in it.

Hi, The credit language is confusing for us. Some on the project team think that the credit is asking for at least one functional entry on every facade that faces a public space.
