I already submitted my comments on this prerequisite to USGBC but just noticed the following that needs to be addressed.

I am in favor of requiring that LEED APs have a specialty in order to get an additional point in a certification.

I really disagree that a LEED ND project needs to have achieved Stage 2 certification for a building on the project to get the point.
