We are working on a New Building, located inside the company´s factory complex.

Greetings! Does anyone in the forum have experience qualifying buildings as "certified green" for GIBc1 credit with rating systems other than USGBC's?

I have three time periods listed in the table and have filled in all the "blank" spaces with "0". The first time period is 100% occupied, the second is 98% and the third is 95%.

Has anyone ever had a denied PI form? It isn't an actual credit, so how do you "fix" it? IS an Appeals process actual required, since it isn't a credit or prerequisite?

LEED-ND forum, I am searching for a clarification on which specific ENERGY STAR program(s) the "equivalent criteria" statement applies to in GIB prereq 2.

This is going to keep occuring. There are probably a dozen more States right now that SFI is activly lobbying to end LEED. We can already hear the arguements being made over and over again.

I have a question regarding building-height-to-street-width ratio.
