EBOM-2009 IEQp1:Minimum IAQ Performance
posted by  Prudence Ferreira  on

We are working on a project with very large warehouses with massive roof-mounted air handling units and relatively low occupancy. A 60,000 sf facility may only have 8 workers for example.

Hello, Our project is a small 1300 sqft office space. The only adjustments the clients are making to the lighting is that they are adding task lighting to the newly fabricated work stations.

Option 4, citing the ITE study is not shown in the May 2011 Addenda. Does anyone know if this was just an omission by mistake, or is this Option no longer valid?

Views and Line of Sight

EBOM-2009 IEQc2.4:Daylight and Views

If only a HORIZONTAL direct line of sight from 42" to the exterior window will ultimately allow an area to qualify as having a view, why have the discussion about glazing from 30" to 90" at all?
