Relocated Office Equipment

I have a large CI project where the client will be moving to a new facility, bringing with them a lot of office equipment they currently are using. Would these credits still be achievable?

How can i calculate rated power for appliances & laptops? Can i convert the Voltz into Watts and would that be the Rated power of the equipment?

In one of our project, the owner has purchased the Lenovo ThinkCentres for their office. In the specifications, it was mentioned that it is Energy Star and EPEAT Gold.

90" Flat Screen TV

I am working on a project that is using 90" flat screen TVs. The Energy Star product database currently does not offer any 90" Energy Star certified flat screen products (largest is about 80").

Are green spec products allowed in place of Energy Star? If you can prove they are equivalent in energy savings?
