So I have a similar issue as what Simon above described. I am working on the LEED:EB certification of a multi-tenant commercial high-rise in a densely populated urban environment.

I am reviewing Option 1 Path 2 (Prescriptive) for a visitor's center project. There are several private offices where the VLT x WFR value exceeds the 0.18 threshold.

My question is whether areas like corridors, bathrooms, etc should be included or merely spaces like offices, classrooms, etc where people spend time rather than just passing through.

I am working on an EB:O&M 2008 multiple buildings project on a campus that includes 10 buildings within the LEED boundary.
