FSC COC Certification and Sub Contractors.

I am a General Contractor attempting to achieve MRc7 on an Office Building. In order to achieve the 50% we will need both the Wood Fencing and the Millwork to be FSC Certified.

Purchasing Wood prior to Obtaining CoC Certificate

Hello, Can we count FSC wood products if their supplier obtained the CoC certificate after selling them to the project contractor? In other words, the Contractor purchased wood several months ago

In an industrial project the GC uses a sub for all his interior wall partitions in the office building. This sub wants to use certified doors frames and slabs.

In the LEED Canada reference guide V1.0, page 295 for the credit MRc4, it is stated under “Synergies and Trade-Offs […] Recycled content materials cannot be included in calculations for MR Credits
