Land clearing debris

I understand that LEED does not count land clearing debris in its construction waste recycling numbers, however, it also does say in the manual that "any construction debris processed into a recycl

Has anyone earned this credit without a Waste Management Plan?

Asphalt Paving Base Material

I understand that I can re-use asphalt and concrete paving on the site for this credit, but does this also apply to the 6" type "A" crushed stone aggregate base below these paving types.

Reclaimed Material as Diverted Waste

We used a quarry as an end user where we hauled land clearing debris and dirt/rubble. It has been reclaimed and used as quarry fill. Can this be considered diverted waste?
