the project primary HVAC system is VRF+DOAS. there is one work shop space that have no indoor VRF unit but outdoor air intake through DOAS. DOAS is not intended for conditioning space.

Is it true that the HVAC baseline efficiency in Table 5.8.x is the total HVAC efficiency including fan? I.E.

Hi, I am not sure whether to class mechanical rooms which are free cooled by outside air as "conditioned" for the purpose of the baseline (so the baseline would be on system 5 in this example).

We are looking at an existing 300,000 s.f. hotel highrise in a downtown location that is currently on a citywide district steam utility.

We are replacing the mechanical system, updating the plumbing system and insulating the building envelope for an existing office building.

I have seen several posts pertaining to process energy and how it should be modeled, but I am still unclear as to how it should be treated pertaining to manufacturing process energy.
