EAp2 - Design and Buildt Contract

Consto have a Design and Buildt Contract with the project owner. The Architects contracts is a part of the contract. His role in the project is design and drawing.

I have a multifamily building which is supplied with heat from both an electric heat pump and district energy. How do I choose between system 1 and 2? Which rules do apply?

Is it possible to use PHPP software (Passive House Planning Package) for energy modeling on a LEED-NC project? Does anyone have experience with this?

Hi, I am working on a project (Stadium) where the only significative improvement on energy performance is lighting because the COP of the HVAC is basically the same and the envelope is not much

Automatic Lighting Shut-off in Hotel Guest rooms

I have a hotel building with 150 keys aiming for LEED Silver..can anybody advise if all the guest rooms shall have automatic lighting shut-off controls (occupancy sensors, key/card controlled etc).

We have a campus project that has a unique HVAC system for cooling that reuses return water from a central plant that has already circulated to other campus buildings.
