I have a building which wraps a round a courtyard on 3 sides and on the fourth is an existing building - this building will be maintained, this is almost all the non roof area for the project.

Hi, I am just curious to know wether LEED accounts for heat island effect that takes place because of wall just like roof ? If not then any logical reason?

Carparking spaces located under ground level

We have 100% of carparking spaces located in 2 stories below ground level. All the roofs of the upper floor form the pedestrian hardscape for the plaza situated above.

What qualifies as "open grid paving"? Can a gravel bed designed to be 50% pervious qualify as "open grid paving"? Thanks

I'm looking to find the SRI value of weather beige concrete and weathered beige exposed aggregate concrete. Does anyone know where I can find these values?

Tower’s Parking Located in a Non-LEED Podium’s Basement Parking

We have a Tower pursuing LEED NC certification being built on top of an existing Podium with basement parking. The Tower officially starts on top of the Podium.
