Existing Parking conditions

The existing conditions of the site have 55 existing parking spaces. Our plans show that we are taking out 14 parking spaces and adding 16 addition spaces, totaling 71 parking spaces.

Our project is an expansion to a facility that hosts events/conferences in addition to its normal use as a lab facility, and while daily use would not require all the parking necessary by code, the

Hi, I'm starting to work on the certification of a building in a small town in Oaxaca,Mexico.It consists of bedrooms for children so they can stay and attend classes, it is like a Hostel /dormitory

We have a stadium project that will be retrofitted (major renovation) and will be certified under the LEED NC rating system.

To achieve credit SSc4.4 we are using ITE study to determine the number of parking lots required.

We have a restaurant apply for LEED NC retail, We have the carpool parkings for both customers abd staffs.

A campus project we are working on is including (1) space designated specifically for a utility vehicle and (1) space for handicap accessibility.

We have a non-residential new construction campus project where the local authority has recommended 1028 spaces (no minimum or maximum).
