Do you know if there is a database where I can find "cool walls" materials, which includes manufacterers and values needed?

Compliant exterior products

The Cool Walls database of compliant products does not include a wide range of products. Our warehouse project couldn't find an exterior paint that had elastomeric properties in the database.

Sometimes a material data sheet does not have SR and or TR. Is there a material standard that can be used as refrence to obtain the SR and TE values?
