Have any projects outside of Washington DC pursued this credit?

I'm wondering if any project outside of Washington DC pursued this pilot credit. If so, please describe the process and which SRC market was used to purchase SRCs.

I'm curious if there are any more details as to why this pilot was closed, and if there are any plans to reintroduce this credit.
